KNOW Glitch is a software application by KNOWCROSS, a global leader which provides software solutions for hospitality operations.

The hotels that have opted for KNOW Glitch include Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas and Anantara Layan Phuket Resort, Thailand; Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas, Maldives; Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara, Qatar; and Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, UAE.

These hotels use KNOW Glitch, which has been seamlessly integrated with the hotel’s Property Management System to assist them with capturing, tracking, investigating and effectively closing service issues that have inconvenienced guests, ensuing in a substantial improvement in guest satisfaction and social media ratings.

The second feature of KNOW Glitch is assisting hotels to decrease the cost of rebates which are at times offered to guests. It also utilizes data analysis tools, which further facilitates hotels to redesign and redefine internal processes and staff training requirements.
