[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Air France has been operating two weekly flights to Velana International Airport, on departure from Paris-Charles de Gaulle, since 01 November 2017. The flights were operated by Boeing 777-200, equipped with the then latest Air France travel cabins, with a capacity of 312 seats including 28 in Business, 24 in Premium Economy and 260 in Economy.

Last week, Air France filed operational changes for its seasonal Maldives service for winter 2018/19 season. From 01 November 2018, the two weekly Paris CDG – Male flights will be operated by the new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, replacing 777-200ER. And starting 10 DEC 2018, the Skyteam member plans to introduce a 3rd weekly rotation, operating on Mondays from Paris, Tuesdays from Male.

Founded in 1933, Air France is the number one French airline and, together with KLM, one of the world’s largest air carriers by revenue and passengers transported.
