‘Summer in Paradise’ at The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort has launched a new summer package for families and couples to soak the summer heat.

The ‘Summer in Paradise’ offer is available from now until September 30 and includes several exclusive benefits, including 20% off room rates, a daily breakfast buffet at ALBA Restaurant, complimentary US$100 food and beverage credits per adult per day and a bottle of champagne on arrival. Additionally, kids aged 12 years and below stay and dine for free under the package.

Guests holidaying under the ‘Summer in Paradise’ package can make use of the food and beverage credits at any of the six dining locations, which range from a Middle Eastern pop-up restaurant to an underground wine cellar that offers a five-course degustation menu, says the resort in a statement.

Whilst parents relax on the private cabanas of the beautiful Maldives’ beaches, the resort’s younger guests can enjoy a variety of activities at the supervised Children’s Club, it adds. Activities include a soul-satisfying yoga class complete with meditation, a cooking course in their dedicated children’s kitchen, or creative arts and crafts including origami and painting. The club also has dedicated babysitting facilities.

Designed with great respect to its natural surroundings, the resort, which opened in November 2016, is surrounded by a large house reef and the island is defined by several distinct ecological areas: lagoon, beach and jungle.

The resort’s overwater Iridium spa features six private couple treatment suites, a steam room, sauna and the Blue Hole Pool, the Maldives’ largest overwater heated seawater hydrotherapy pool. There is also a yoga and meditation studio, exercise studio and tennis court.

The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort, located in the southern Dhaalu Atoll, just 40-minutes from Velana International Airport by seaplane, also has a dive and water sports centre that offers activities such as snorkelling, deep-sea fishing, windsurfing, kayaking and speed boating. At the St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort, guests have the luxury of staying in one of the 77 island and over water villas, shrouded in lush tropical flora, each with a private pool.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
