‘Dream Island Veli Dinner’ at Hurawalhi Island Resort – A new beach dining experience

Whilst the guests get to indulge in some delectable dishes by Executive Chef Warren Moore – sesame-seared Maldivian Ahi Tuna with Chiffonade Cucumber Salad, Sesame Oil, Ginger Dressing, Orange Segments, Avocado Pearls and Crispy Seaweed, And Banana Tempura, Coconut Shaving Nougat and Gru Kiru Boakiba in a shell of coconut – the menu is as luscious as the setting. The dinner table is set on the beach – sitting about ten guests –they can hear the waves lap onto the shore, feel the gentle breeze and experience the stunning sunset colours of the Maldives.
